CAREER
Do Work That Stays With You Long After the Session Ends
A career at Kind Nest Academy is not just a job — it is a front-row seat to some of the most remarkable moments a human being can witness: a child speaking their first word, making their first friend, or walking into a classroom without fear for the first time. If that sounds like where you want to spend your professional life, we would love to hear from you.
- WHY WORK AT KIND NEST ACADEMY
What Makes Kind Nest Academy Different to Work For
Real Mentorship, Not Just Supervision
Our BCBAs invest genuinely in the development of every therapist on the team. If you're working toward your BCBA certification, we provide structured supervision hours, study support, and a culture that celebrates professional growth.
A Practice That Knows Your Name
We are not a large national chain managing hundreds of staff across dozens of states. At Kind Nest Academy, you will know your colleagues, your clients, and your supervisors personally — and that makes all the difference.
Northern Virginia Is Our Home
Work close to home. Serve the community you live in. Build relationships with Virginia families that last for years. We believe deeply in the communities of Great Falls, McLean, Herndon, Reston, and the surrounding area.
Flexible Scheduling That Respects Your Life
We build caseloads and schedules collaboratively, taking your availability and life circumstances into account. We want our team to be sustainable, not burned out.
Competitive Compensation
We offer competitive hourly and salary rates commensurate with experience and credentials, with clear pathways to advancement as you grow within the practice.
